Ticket ordering and processing
Written orders via Online Ordering Form, letter, fax and email, as well as group orders, are accepted at any time, however they will only be processed once pre-sales begin (the same date two months in advance for events in the Opernhaus, in the Schauspielhaus and for concerts, the same date one month in advance for events in other venues), in the order they were received and at the same time as ticket requests in person and by telephone. Different rules apply for the processing of group orders.

Please order early and provide possible alternatives (dates, price groups).

Confirmation of receipt
You will receive a confirmation with the receipt of your order, which does not however represent a promise of tickets.

Commitment
If your ticket request can be met, then your order is made complete with payment of the tickets: meaning that subsequent changes are no longer possible!
